 ‪SHIPPING:‬


At HANYING, every order is packed with love and gift-wrapped, ready to delight you. We aim to ship within 5 working days.

If an item is out of stock, it may take 2-3 weeks. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your special piece.

You will receive a tracking notification upon dispatch, so you can track the progress of your order. We do our best to ensure original timing estimates are met, but cannot be held responsible for any delays by third parties, bad weather conditions or events outside of our control.


UK:

Royal Mail free delivery – signed & tracked


INTERNATIONAL:

For orders ≥ £500 - Royal Mail free delivery – signed & tracked

For orders < £500 - Royal Mail signed & tracked

A certain amount of delivery fee will be charged depending on the shipping address.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

Before the order is shipped, free cancellations within 3 days after order has been placed. Cancellation fee wil be charged at 15% of the total order value for cancellation after 3 days.
No Cancellation accepted after the order is shipped.


‪RETURN POLICY:‬

Only defective or faulty items are accepted for returns.

All of our products are handmade with love, therefore each piece is unique in its own, such uniquenss is not counted as defective or faulty.

When sending items back, please make sure the item is in their original condition that are unworn and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. We will not accept returns of items that have been worn or where the package is damaged.

Where provided, any packaging must also be returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.
